Development Corporation Lt., was established by the Govt. of India in the
year 1993.
The Corporation is registered as Company under the Companies Act 1956 and
incorporated on 12.7.1993 with Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad having
authorized Share Capital of Rs 10.00 crores and paid up capital of the
Corporation as on date is Rs 4.43 crores. The Registered office of the
Corporation is situated in Silvassa and its jurisdiction is extended to
the whole of the Union Territory of Daman and Diu and Dadra
and Nagar
Haveli. |
